For Bradshaw Homes founder, Sallie Bradshaw, the only thing more rewarding than seeing her work is working with her family.

There’s a good reason Sallie is as comfortable on a construction site as she is at home, or with her grandchildren. Sallie is the critical link in three generations of builders, designers, engineers and contractors—part of a family of hard-working craftsmen and entrepreneurs who share a mindset that it isn’t enough to merely know a trade, but to strive to do it better than anyone else.

Having constructed more than 500 homes over the past four decades, this wife, mom, grandmother and multiple-award-winning designer and builder knows something about turning plans into dreams. As a young girl, Sallie would accompany her father to build jobs, helping him mix and pour concrete at the ripe young age of 10. Sallie has been part of the building industry ever since.

Sallie’s work has been well documented on the hit YouTube channel, “Building Bradshaws,” as the show follows the Bradshaw family as they design and build, argue, humor, work and love the family business.

Today, the mother of five and grandmother to 12, Sallie lives with her husband, Drew, in Middleton, Idaho, where she is active in her industry, her family and her faith.
